Legacy Park Founders Lane and 153rd Street This narrow strip of parkland provides an easy walk to it's immediate neighbor to the North, Kelley Park. Amble past ornamental sculpted apples and park benches perfect for relaxing. On the North end immediately adjacent to Kelley Park are two ornamental fountains that provide the calming splash of water (please stay out of the fountains, that's what the Kelley Park splash pad is for).
