Sewer
Inspect and maintain the collection system infrastructure and the sanitary lift stations and ensure uninterrupted collection of wastewater. Sanitary sewer disposal needs are served by the Environmental Services Division of the Metropolitan Council.

Produce and treat all potable water supplied to the distribution system; including sampling, testing, and chemical control. Maintain the water treatment facility, wells, and related equipment.

Water Distribution
Inspect and maintain the distribution infrastructure and storage facilities. Other responsibilities include metering, accounting for water use, and maintaining water quality within the distribution system.
