Advisory Committees
The city has six citizen advisory committees which were created to obtain citizen input on a variety of issues facing the community. The committees also assist the City Council in their decision making process.

The committees include: Cemetery Advisory Committee Economic Development Authority Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Planning Commission Telecommunications Advisory Committee Traffic Safety Advisory Committee Urban Affairs Advisory Committee

Serve on a Committee
Residents interested in serving on one of the city's six advisory committees are encouraged to apply for positions as they become open. To apply, please complete a committee application or contact the city clerk's office at (952) 953-2506.
