Responsibilities

The Public Works Department is responsible for managing and maintaining the city’s infrastructure (streets, sidewalks, and water, sewer, and drainage systems), vehicles, and buildings as well as civil and traffic engineering, building inspections, natural resources, and the city cemetery.
