Please review the following guidelines for fireworks usage.
Items that SPARK and CURL on the ground ARE LEGAL.
Examples include sparklers, snakes, party poppers, and cones that emit sparks.
Items that SHOOT INTO THE AIR and/or EXPLODE ARE ILLEGAL.
Examples include, but are not limited to firecrackers, bottle rockets, missiles, roman candles, mortars, and shells.
Fireworks Ordinance No person shall use or discharge any fireworks or consumer fireworks between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., except on July 4th the prohibited hours shall be from 11:59 p.m. on July 4th to 8:00 a.m. on July 5th and on January 1st the prohibited hours shall be from 12:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
