St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR), Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC), and Girl Scout Troop 54092 have donated a Little Library to be installed at Hayes Park.
St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR), Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC), and Girl Scout Troop 54092 have donated a Little Library to be installed at Hayes Park. In addition to painting and decorating the Library, the girl scouts will help maintain, stock, and watch over the Library. Dedication is scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 6:30 p.m.
