Home occupations/businesses are allowed under the following circumstances. Activity associated with the business occurs entirely within the principal structure, is not visible from the street, there are no prohibited signs are displayed, and the business is engaged in by no one other than residents of the dwelling. Some of the permitted home occupations include but are not limited to daycare, minor repair services (camera repair, computer repair, etc.), professional offices, photo, and art studios. Auto repair of any type whether for profit or not for profit is prohibited. Auto repair may only take place on vehicles owned by residents of a property. Accessory buildings and garages may not be used for home occupations.
