Garage sales are a great way to get rid of extra and unneeded belongings while bringing in some extra cash. Here are a few tips, and helpful ordinances to remember when hosting your next garage sale.
- Garage sales are not to exceed three per calendar year per property.
- Please keep all items on your property, and do not obstruct boulevard areas near the curb.
- Please be aware that all signage should remain entirely on private property. Signs in right of way areas (intersection corners) are removed by city staff.
- Please keep parking restrictions in mind as well, and do not allow visitors to park or block the sidewalk or neighboring driveways.
