Planning Commission meeting, Wednesday, July 21, 7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, to consider amendments to § 155.350 (C) and (D) related to residential impervious surface coverage requirements. The City is the petitioner of this request and wishes to accomplish two tasks: first, to allow additional impervious coverage on lots that are between 9,000 sq. ft. to 9,999 sq. ft. from 35% to 40%. The second task would be to authorize City staff to accept applications and fees to request up to 5% additional impervious coverage under certain conditions.
