Summary of Proposed Amendment: This is the draft planned development ordinance for proposed Applewood Pointe development located at the northeast corner of CSAH 31 (Pilot Knob Road and CSAH 38 (McAndrews Road). The purpose of this zone is to provide for apartments, condominiums, and residential cooperatives for persons 55 years of age or older; and townhomes.
